There are no ideas in my head. The new Stab-Lock was an exact match for the old ones A failure of the LOCK breaker. There was no difference in the shape or spacing of the electrical contacts, and it fitted into the panel exactly as it did before.
Although I'm not sure for sure, there is a label which indicates that it belongs to the OBR. The breaker may not be there on used older breakers.

There may be others who would benefit from this. The breaker panel that came with my old Federal Pacific power supply fits here perfectly. As a result, I was able to install a 60 amp breaker box easily and it fit perfectly in the space.
