This is a hammer box that's loaded with breakers that hang from The wire hooks tended to pop off of the bar when moving wires around after installing the breaker, leaving it dangling by the electrical connections only when moving the wires around. If everything is where it should be, then you do not need to worry about the face plate holding things down. Before you put the face plate back on, make sure everything is where it should be.
There was a plastic couple partially broken in the switch when the box arrived.
The circuit board snapped into place right after it was purchased at a reasonable price.

Appearance is excellent and should last for another 30 years or so, after which, it should be the problem of someone else.
