It occurred twice to me. Brady double sided pullers with test points were ordered twice. The single puller that I received was made by Ideal brand without any According to my return claim, the wrong part was received, but I received another Ideal part in its place.

Not more than 5 inches

Too small to be of any use to industry. They are 5 in long but they are not for industrial use, and even the packaging says 7 in long. When you hold a ruler up to the fuse holder, you can clearly see it's only 5 inches.
