That is not the case here.

What are the *true* dimensions of this part? That can't possibly be 3. 7 x 12. 9 x 5. 3 inches. ?

I don't have it in front of me, but 1/4 inch square by 3 to 3 1/2 inches comes to mind. Maybe you're talking about centimeters there? If you require it, I will go ahead and take measurements.

Makes a good impression

I went straight to my Siemens sub-assembly. panel, and it came with the necessary screws, as well as the "bonding" strip for connecting the neutral to the ground if it was for a main panel. I would have given it five stars if I had been more enthusiastic.
