Questions & Answers
Yes, to put it simply. For mounting, you'll need to drill a second hole and use self-taping screws. "Will this be a service panel or an aux panel?" is the most pressing question. The neutral and ground are wired together in a service panel. The neutral and ground in an aux panel are isolated from one another by using the service panel's bonded neutral and ground. There are a plethora of online resources that can help you understand the distinction between a service and an aux panel.

Selected User Reviews For SIEMENS EC3GB212 Bar Kit with 21 Terminal Positions and a Ground Lug, Chrome
The buss bar is sturdy and well-made. The buss was used as a common for B and to control the winding on ten relays in a bank. The entire buss bar had to be insulated, and the big input clamp had to be removed. I cut off the large clamp that was in my way because I didn't have any use for it. My power requirements were met with an unused set screw.
The ground bar's mounting holes didn't line up with the load center. I needed to relocate the main lug and replace it with a mounting screw. It took some time to get used to, but I'm pleased with the results.
Although this product met my requirements, there are no instructions on how to install the bar inside the electrical panel. It's not difficult, but it wasn't immediately obvious, and I had to conduct my own research to ensure that it was properly mounted.
This is precisely what was required.
It's a two-screw grounding buss bar that's simple to install. Excellent craftsmanship.
The product is exactly what I needed for my Siemens panel.
