Quality in the marketplace. This is an example of a grounding or bonding bar. It has enough wire holes to allow for neat connections with most residential projects. When used as a bond or grounding, it can be directly attached to the panel box. Ample space for keeping your work neat and your wire tucked away in the box out of the waybr>I buy and keep extra hardware on hand in case I need it. It was a simple and quick purchase, with no need for a special order from a supply house, and the price was comparable to what the trade pays. The delivery was also quick.
These are an unavoidable cost of doing business. You spend a few hundred dollars on a 30-circuit panel that has far too few ground slots. You can either add these or risk having the inspector reject it if you put two wires in one hole. I wasn't sure if it would work at first. When you screw in the second screw, the offset presses the first screw against the hole's side, binding it in place.
They should be separated after the main, according to the electricians. I ordered this and it fit perfectly, and I was able to add myself because I was able to turn off the power to the sub panel from the main panel. Was it truly necessary? Each grounding screw has only one wire connected to it. This ensures that everything in the panel is coded.
For my subpanel, this is ideal.
The item on my subpanel that is listed as the correct one is the product. I got it because I didn't want to have to drill holes in it. Because it doesn't fit, I'll have to return to the hole-drilling I was trying to avoid.
As expected, it was preformed and fit perfectly.
This is a good price.
