No, it's just for a panel of electricity. Going to an auto store and purchasing a longer ground wire would be the simplest solution.
We can't recommend using this as/with Neutral bar connections because Siemens lists it as a lug for use with the Ground Bar. It's possible that the lug wasn't UL-tested with neutral bar connections.

I bought four of these lugs to run aluminum 2 wire through two subpanels, and they fit perfectly into the grounding bars in both the main panel and the two subpanels. The wire was also a perfect fit. They put their hands on the connection and clamped it down. I would definitely use and recommend this service again. All of my panels belonged to the Siemens brand.
It attaches to the ground bar by screwing the small legs into the ground bar as wires. However, obtaining the required torque necessitates the use of a large flat screw driver bit.
Exactly as stated in the description I occasionally use this hardware, so having a few on hand is a good idea; it's much easier to get them this way, as many supply houses don't carry them. Purchase was quick and simple. Thank you very much.
This lug was purchased to allow for a two-copper ground from the subpanel earth ground to the earth ground rod. It went into two of my earth ground bar's smaller holes.
It's not a big deal; it does its job; however, it will most likely oxidize and require replacement in 10 years. Connection between the pool cage and the earth.
I gave it a neutral rating because it won't fit in our Siemens load center's neutral bar. The lugs' prongs will not fit because the holes are spaced too far apart. I'd have to get rid of the neutral bar in order to use it. Not all Siemens lugs are compatible with all Siemens neutral bars, as we've discovered.
