Selected User Reviews For Modin Rigid Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Bestsellers Sample Kit
Over 420 square feet of flooring was required, including the kitchen floor, hallway, bathroom, and laundry room. I narrowed down my options to luxury vinyl plank (LVP) because I needed a flooring solution that was extremely durable, waterproof, comfortable to stand on for extended periods of time, and low maintenance. I compared six different LVP flooring products in detail, and the Modin Rigid came out on top. Nothing else comes close to its wear layer thickness (40 mil) which is twice that of its closest competitor. I like how the subtle texture is embossed "in register," which means it perfectly matches the wood's natural grain. All of the other items appear to be flat and unnatural. It has a natural plank appearance thanks to the edging on all four sides. I also like that the flooring's body is made of limestone and PVC, with no wood fillers or bamboo dust, making it a solid choice. There is a foam backing that eliminates the need for additional underlayment, reducing installation time and cost while keeping the price low. In comparison to any other product on the market, the samples I ordered have a solid, high-quality feel. When comparing this product to its competitors, I couldn't find any significant negative feedback. br>br>The customer service was outstanding. Flooret's Devin Scott was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Most of my competitors wouldn't give me the technical details I needed to make an informed decision. As a retired engineer, I still make decisions based on data, and these Flooret folks know their stuff. br>br>This is the product to compare all other LVP flooring products to; no, I'm not affiliated with the company, but I know a good product when I see one.
I'm finally replacing the carpet in my ground-floor bonus room, which is built on a concrete foundation, after many years. For nearly a year, I had been on the lookout for Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. The quality of the offerings at the big box stores did not impress me. Thank goodness for Houzz, where I came across a slew of positive Flooret reviews. Over the course of several orders, I ended up with 11 Flooret Modin Rigid Signature samples, some from Amazon and others directly from Flooret. Because the color of the flooring can vary dramatically depending on the light source, you should view all samples in your own home at various times of day. br>br>I was able to scratch my Flooret samples with a nail, as I was able to do with all of the LVP brands I tried over the last year. But, really, am I going to walk around my house dragging nails across the floor? Even inside the house, we don't wear street shoes. Flooret Modin Rigid Signature is an excellent quality product at a reasonable midrange price point. I focused on the 40 mil wear layer as well as the overall thickness of the board, and Flooret's quality is head and shoulders above the rest. br>br>By the way, there's a very active Facebook discussion group where previous customers share their experiences and post candid photos of the product; I ended up buying the Ashford color and am looking forward to receiving my bulk order. Really looking forward to it!.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received these large samples. It has a solid feel to it. The texture is embossed in register (matches the pattern on the board) and the click lock system appears to be the most vibrant of all the brands I've seen. In my own stress tests, they performed admirably, but I was surprised at how easy they were to dent; they weren't any better than other brands, but neither were they any worse.
More color variation in the various samples that arrived was what I was looking for. The colors were a little too one-toned for my taste. I was impressed by the coloration's thicker 40 ml depth. I wish the company had provided more information about the manufacturing and quality of their product with their sample.
Longer and wider boards would make the job easier and faster, which I think is a fantastic idea. However, when I compared them to products from local big box stores, I found the wear layer to be a little thicker, and having a local source is more convenient in the end.
I suppose it's my fault, but I assumed I'd be getting long planks when I received these. Don't let the picture fool you. The samples themselves, on the other hand, were fantastic.
I'm building a second home with an estimated budget of $150,000. 3,000 sq. ft. and have placed an order for this product to be delivered when the flooring is ready. The quality and appearance have won me over. After it's finished, I'll write a second review. So far, the customer support has been excellent.
I wasn't able to get the gray that I desired. It was a waste of money. Pick up some free samples at the home depot.
