If the garage floor is steeled, I don't think it will help because the material is stock to the wall, and there will be a gap.
I've only used the Snow White, which says 120' when you click on it. I'm not sure why your color only has the words Bulk Roll on it. I'm guessing it'd be the same.
I see no reason why this product couldn't be used outside because it's made of vinyl. You'll need a water-resistant outdoor adhesive, which I use in my Aircraft Hangar, which is essentially open to the elements.
No, I do not believe that is true.

In my workshop, this wall base is exactly what I was looking for; Moreover, despite the fact that I had never installed vinyl wall base before, the procedure was relatively straightforward. Following the online guides and videos made everything go smoothly. br>br>Here are a few pointers I picked up along the way that I didn't see in any of the online guides: br>br>1) I found that drawing a line 4" above the floor helped me keep the top aligned correctly while adhering it to the wall. br>br>2) When I was finished, I applied a small bead of black silicone caulk to the inside corners - which makes them look perfect!br>br>The final product looks fantastic after installation! br>br>The only drawback to this product is that it appeared to have a lot of flaws in the face - Some of them were quite large, measuring several inches in length. All of that had to be cut out, so I'm glad I bought so much extra.
The quality of the molding appealed to my husband. He attached it with an electric stapler in some places and troweled adhesive in others. It had the appearance of a baseboard cover.
We replaced the flooring and base in our local veterinarian's office because Lowe's didn't have the amount we needed and it was much more expensive. I came across this and decided to order it. I was worried it wouldn't stick or look good, but it's absolutely lovely (if a base can be described as lovely)br>It was simple to cut and glue, and it stayed put. The client is delighted.
It does not lie flat against the wall, even if you follow the instructions (unrolling it thoroughly before installation). It has a number of ripples in it. When I first received it, it appeared "warped," but I hoped that once I glued it down, it would behave.
It is lightweight and flexible. Because it is flexible, it is simple to install in corners. Because there is no adhesive, you will need to use glue or nails.
