I needed two extra long carpet trims for a half-carpet, half-vinyl tile area, and these were perfect for the job. I paid $38 and was very pleased with the price. 00 for two small trims from a local hardware store, both of which were much smaller than the ones I used for another project, and which were well packaged and shipped without dents or damage. I ordered two, and they arrived in separate boxes. The company could have saved a lot of money on postage if they had been combined in one box. These are going to be fantastic. Thanks.
There was a massive wooden one there, but since I switched to a power wheelchair, I'm unable to go over it. It was incredibly simple to put together and looks fantastic.
It worked perfectly to eliminate a trip hazard I had when switching from wood to carpet flooring. Unfortunately, the item was bent during shipping due to UPS's indifference to how packages are handled, but after trimming, I was able to save the length I required. This item is something I would recommend. Extruded and anodized aluminum with hardware that is wrapped in plastic.
Nice product at a good price that met all of my requirements. Needed for two doors, with about 2" of waste after cutting and well-centered holes. I would have preferred screws over nails, but I suppose they sell screws as well.
Despite the fact that the product was not shipped completely flat, it became flat almost immediately after being removed from the box. It is simple to cut and put together. There are no dislikes.
I like the one I got, but I ordered two for an additional charge of $18. They'll get $3 each. I only received one in the box; I won't be able to do anything until I receive the other. I'm hoping they'll be honest and send me my other one. They took out money for two of them, and it shows up in my checking account. I'd like to take care of this so that I can get back to work. I needed a wide strip, and these fit the bill perfectly. They're also very well built.
This is a trim that I've always liked. It's just that you never know what condition it will be in when you receive it. This is why I gave it a four-star rating rather than a five-star rating. I'll place another order next month because I'm running out.
