If you could tell me what dry black means, I would appreciate it. Is it a matte black instead of a glossy one?

Although this question is old, I still find it relevant. I just wanted to clarify for anyone else who may be Rather than dry "black", it says dry "back". If it does not have adhesive on the back, it is certainly because there is none on the back. To apply an adhesive, you will have to include some on your own. I don't think it matters what color it is.

It does not go away until it becomes flimsy and puckering

The baseboard is quite lightweight, and even if it were more sturdy it would easily be used in the garage if it weren't for the fact that it puckers when it's rolled up and then unrolled flat. Cutting my lengths and leaving them in the sun for a couple of days did not work. Not at all. With the help of a heat gun, I attempted to heat up the ice cubes. Not at all. It will be ok for my garage to have puckered perimeter As soon as I cut the material, I will not make the purchase of a more suitable.

I love the ease with which he works. The tape I used to attach the tape to the walls adhered awesomely to the walls in all 3 bedrooms. To cut it, I literally used kitchen scissors, and the material.

The installation was done using tacky ails. It would be best to use adhesive. This is a very flexible system. Especially useful when rounded corners are involved.
