Great customer service! I used Piano White as a cover for an older tile in a small bathroom

It was simple and clean to install, I had no problems scoring and snapping the short widths. It would have been possible to piece together the smaller cut pieces under the toilet, but I decided to order another box as the square footage was almost the same as one box. Unfortunately, I cannot find it in stock on Amazon or anywhere else for the moment. Having contacted Lucida directly for a retailer or to find a direct purchase option, they offered to send me the 2 planks I need in order to cover the job adequately. Great customer service with the flooring. You can tell how much they care about their customers. The floating floors I found most often were marbled (I could not find any white floating floors). It's nice to see such a clean design. I appreciate your kind words.

I noticed a number of pieces were damaged at the ends when I opened the box before I got started installing.

As a result of the mail carriers' poor handling, a few of the tiles arrived chipped on the corners. On the whole, the tiles look like real wood and can be installed with no trouble at all.

My experience with laying planks was as good as any I've had. Pioneer oak is a fantastic pattern for any kitchen or bathroom and it provides a wonderful anti slip surface. We would buy from this seller In addition to this, they will also stand behind them.
