Questions & Answers

Would I be able to remove these without causing damage to a tile floor if I used them in a rental?

Yes, but you'll need to use a hairdryer or an iron on a cotton tea towel to heat the tile. You need to heat it up to the point where the glue melts.

Hello, so a single pack of ten costs almost $10, but a four-pack of ten costs $150? When I can get four of your one packs for $40. ?

The reason for this is that the single pack is shipped and sold by Amazon, while the other packs are from a different seller- They're simply combined into one listing because they're the same product. I hope this is clear.

Is it simple to take them out if you want or need to replace them? Is it possible to simply peel them off, or do you need to use a special product?

They are relatively easy to pull up, but they will leave some adhesive behind. You'd have to clean it up with acetone or something similar. It won't be a problem if you're installing them and need to reposition it or something, but it will be messy if they've been there for a while.

There are six of us in the room. How many boxes will I need for a 5' x 3' area?

You might be able to get away with only two boxes if you can use half of the tiles, i.e. that 6. If you follow the instructions to the letter, you will end up with a half tile left over if you don't make any mistakes. You may want to order three boxes so that you have extras in case a tile is damaged during installation or later.

I've used these in a few different rooms and can't imagine why anyone would give them a bad review! They're fantastic! I also used my leftovers to make a fake fireplace!.

I'm pleased with this product and plan to use it again
5/5

I enjoy updating my home with do-it-yourself projects. My DREAM designs, on the other hand, do not always match my budget. I only had a few hundred dollars to spend on upgrades, so I wanted to make the most of it. This product is perfect for the floors in my bathroom. br>br>Peel the paper and stick it to the floor was a breeze. THE FLOOR IS CLEAN! I scrubbed mine a couple of times and let it dry for 12 hours before cutting the shapes I needed with good scissors, which was fairly simple. Because I was working on an existing tile floor, I didn't use any additional adhesive, but I did use waterproof tile caulking in between all the seams. Regardless of the floor's surface underneath, I'd most likely use some kind of tile caulking. Just a little extra safeguarding for the finished product. br>br>I like the design of the tiles, and they appear to be quite durable. It's a good upgrade, and I'm hoping it lasts a few years. Keep in mind that I believe the product performs best on a completely flat surface. br>br>This bathroom cost less than $50 to complete (tiles, PVC baseboards, finishing nails, and caulking). For a major upgrade, that's not a bad budget! In the future, I will undoubtedly use these products.

TEXTURED, NOT SMOOTH AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS
3/5

WARNING! There is a texture to the tiles that is not visible in any of the photos or reviews. I included a photo to warn anyone else looking for a smooth vinyl tile; I ended up returning them due to the texture, which made it appear cheap.

The quality is excellent, and the end product is stunning
5/5

Simple to work with. They're gorgeous, and I'm in love with them! Some reviews stated that the adhesive was ineffective. The adhesive was extremely strong in my opinion. I was concerned that they wouldn't stick, so I bought adhesive just in case, but it was unnecessary. br>Here's some success advice:
1. Vacuum the area first, then clean the floor thoroughly with TSP and thoroughly rinse. Let dry. Ensure that all nooks and crannies are clean.
2. To learn how to start with two intersecting straight lines in the middle of the floor, watch a video on how to lay out floor tile. This is for a variety of reasons.
3. To keep your area clean, bring along a utility knife, extra blades, sharp scissors, a marking pencil, a straight metal ruler or a metal "square," and a few garbage bags. br>My project was completed 180 times in about 10 hours, despite the fact that I had an irregularly shaped room and three doorways with complicated base molding to work around. br>Do yourself a favor and order some cove molding and adhesive to give it a polished, finished appearance. br>It's entertaining, but it's time-consuming.

For a dated bathroom, this is a lovely temporary fix
5/5

It's a lovely makeshift solution for my dingy bathroom. It was simple to install, taking about two hours, and my only complaint is that cutting it was a little difficult. The tiles are not perfectly aligned, as stated on the box, but this is not visible to the naked eye. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

Give a drab breakfast bar some life
5/5

Our high-traffic breakfast bar was being ruined by flat paint. I've wanted to use ceramic tiles for a long time but lack the patience, time, or tools to do so. I came across FloorPops and am extremely pleased with the results. They're super simple to put together because they're made of durable vinyl sheets with plenty of glue. There was some sizing and cutting involved, but no extra glue was used for this project; I ordered five packages, each with ten large sheets, but only used three and a half of them. It's possible that we'll have just enough for the floor of our half-bathroom.
