There is not much thickness to it. If it is only used for storage, it should be able to endure rolling dice. If it is to be used for dice rolling, I am unsure.
claims that it covers 3 square feet, but I would guess that it covers more like 2 square feet. Depending on how much paint you need, you can get just the flocking from amazon as well as a bigger The same paint is sold by Walmart as well

I am rather disappointed. As in other listings, this flocking material comes in a smaller package, but is the same as the other listing. A real disappointment was the adhesive. It is water-based acrylic paint kind of like the kind you'd get at the local The paint dries very quickly and does not do a very good job of keeping the flocking in place, except where the paint is applied A different listing turned out to be more authentic than the Donjer adhesive I was after. The flocking is held very securely with this oil-based glue, which is slower drying and less prone to bleed-through. Investing a bit more in the real deal, such as a real applicator and a real adhesive, would be better in my opinion.
I used the flocking in my flocking tube and used 3 quarters of the so-called red adhesive, 24 hours later I removed the flocking and the drawers looked a mess. I had to remake the drawers again using.
I can attest to the fact that this product is exactly as advertised. It's in a kit, but it's missing a brush, making it easy to use. I will order from them again if the need arises (though I am not sure what brush size would work best for your project).
Flocking and paint were wonderful features of the project. There's nothing good about the plastic container they put it in. This is the one that is shown in the demonstration, so I thought I was getting it. There is no charge for that.
I will not purchase this product again because the applicator was of no use. There had to be several more holes drilled to spread the glue equally. There was gummy flocking on the red part and it did not adhere.
I gave my grandaughter this jewelry box, and she was really happy with it.
As a result, I use it for the insides of the boxes I make in my shop, and it works fine.
