A good purchase at a great price. Clearly, they have a lot of skills. While I was walking around, I noticed that they all looked like toys and that they came in twos. I clicked the buy button as soon as I looked at these on the internet. My old rollers are 27 years old and I think I still have a few that will outlast them in just as good a way. As for the new ones, they are roughly the same size as the original. All in all, it was a good purchase for me. It was easy to install them. Use your hammers claw to bend out the top edge of the lower tracks slightly at the points in the tracks where they join, usually around eye level. After one roller has been replaced, roll the door down again and pop/in the next roller and repeat this until the track is bent back into place like before. Now replace the top rollers. My next step will involve a ladder, and I will do that My plan is to replace the rubber strip on the bottom, and it will function as if it is a brand-new I had enough quality rollers to do my door for a great price. Buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Take twice as many measurements as you think you need! Be sure to get more than one or two rollers if you think you only need one or two. The more I replaced them, I realized all but one of the rollers needed to be replaced, so I'm glad my 10 rollers came in a set. It is used on a very heavy wood double garage door. The thought of using nylon to get a quieter door came to mind, but due to reading online I realized it would be Even though it's metal, it's still so much quieter than before. I never realized how bad the old ones were until after I replaced all 10. I would definitely recommend it. I used a You Tube video to explain how to install. Due to the nature of this application, each hinge bracket was removed. I changed the old square nuts to hex nuts so I could use a socket wrench on them. The old square nuts had to be removed with a crescent wrench, what a pain! To make sure you get the right length, make sure you measure it accurately.

The price of these rollers was very reasonable, so after reviewing all the different rollers they had on the market, I thought I would try them out. These new nylon rollers are much quieter than the older ones they replaced. I previously had older nylon rollers and these are almost as quiet as those. In fact, I would recommend these garage rollers to other people who were in the market for them.

Putting the top eight doors on went smoothly by removing all but one hinge bolt and turning the hinge inward. I may use a board to keep the bottom two doors from falling. I already put the door up halfway before wedgeing a board under the door to prevent it from falling. The roller was then replaced after I removed the bottom mount. A second person should lift the door if you are not able to do so so that the bottom mount can be properly attached again. The old worn out steel rollers are much quieter than the newer aluminum one. Excellent product! I am delighted with it.

My order arrived very quickly, and it was much easier to install than I expected. I was amazed at how easy it was to install the software. The old rollers can be removed by setting off the retaining screws (from all but the bottom ones) and reinstalled. It's really time for the door to close.

Considering the price of an individual roller, I would suggest you purchase the set so that you will always have one on hand when you need one or if your door is old like ours, you can replace them all with minimal expense and effort. Spray the bearings with WD-40.

I couldn't turn one of the wheels on my door. The fact that all the wheels needed to be replaced at the same time made sense to me. Every wheel I saw on these looked like the I was glad to find that they spun more smoothly and were a little softer than before. There is a noticeable difference in the sound of my door.
