I installed them in about 30 minutes. Before removing the wheel mounts, check the tension on the cable on each side of the door. Replace the bottom wheels, close the door and do the rest of the job. When the other wheels are without tension, the door will close properly. DO NOT bend the tracks, just make sure not to bend them. The track system will be under undue stress as a result. It is not necessary to bend the wheels tracks as shown in some videos. By removing the screws holding the wheels, it is easy to replace each wheel one at a time. Whenever you use the wheel, just make sure to hold it loose a bit, so you know it won't pop out When you lose the screws, you can't fix it. Metals and rails do not need to be bent. The door is real quiet and seems to be built well. It is a great way to upgrade your garage door at a reasonable price.

I decided to replace the steel rollers with these new ones at 430pm. It was a simple install and I was finished at 515pm.
