The installation takes only 15 minutes and the product works as advertised. My motor seemed to have a problem because I set the settings for downward and upward force to their maximum and sometimes it would still get This unit has about 17 years on it. The springs were professionally adjusted and the door was operating flawlessly. Apparently, the motor will almost never fail, but the boards do. I consulted a friend who works at the garage who told me this. This product was ordered, installed in less than a minute, and everything worked as expected. Further, if you have LED lights installed in your unit and your remote does not work well (intermittently with a reduced range), this could also be the cause of the issue. The RF interference from some LED bulbs is too much. It doesn't surprise me at all that this unit has a warning label on it which specifically says that LED bulbs may decrease remote range. There are specific LED bulbs that are shielded against radio frequency waves and they can be found online by searching "garage door opener LED bulb. ".
I was very pleased with the performance of this logic board. It only takes a few minutes to install this new one after I removed a few screws from the old It took less than 30 minutes for me to replace all the connections and reopen the garage door. One thing that took a little time was getting the door area for the footing to be set correctly. Turning the adjustment screw was all that was needed, but I had to disconnect the new logic board once to settle everything because the door was being pushed too hard. The trolley becomes stuck and the door opener does not work as a result. As such, it was intended to work this way. In any case. . I was pleasantly surprised that it went without a hitch.
It was super easy to swap out with my old unit and now I can use my garage door again after almost 8 months. I would definitely recommend it.
There was nothing to dislike about the installation. I pulled out the old one and replaced it with a new one, and the reprogramming was done in 15 minutes.
With my new remotes, I wouldn't be able to keep programs.
Arrived as soon as possible. I thought it was going to be two We got it in 5 days after waiting 3 weeks for delivery. It was easy to install and has been working well. Glad to hear that.
