I was able to get everything to work
5/5

As I came home on Monday, I opened up my garage door, tried to close it, but it only went down about 1/10th of the way, then came all the way back up again. While I was testing all of my transmitters, I heard a clicking noise from the motor, and the yellow light on the back of the motor would blink several It had failed every time I tried. A company came to my house on Tuesday to fix my garage door. Upon getting it, they told me that I could get a Circuit Board on Amazon for less than $100 and that I could install it on my own (I am handy) If necessary, check out the pictures on Amazon to verify that yours matches the ones on Amazon. If not, buy an entirely new unit for $500+. It sounded more convenient to me, so I decided to try it. It was only fitting that I took pictures of my old Circuit Board on Monday to be able to get the ID number, which reads Looked it up on Amazon and found it there! I know it'll take a while. . . but it won't I'll be fine. If you still want it, just order it. The gentleman estimated the price to be less than $100. Upon reading the reviews on Amazon, I learned that even though the housing for the new unit may be different, it can be easily replaced and stuffed within I'll be fine. Furthermore, it is said in the reviews that the job was fairly straightforward. As soon as I was ready, I started. I was walking out of the house yesterday evening (which was Friday) when I saw the package sitting all by itself in the rain in front of the house. When I looked at it, I saw it was the Circuit Board. Wow! This is a score of one I received my order super fast! Unlike my other days, I waited until this morning (Saturday) to have a go. When I opened up the package, the directions were very clear. . . how to remove the new board from the new (delinquent) housing, and how to attach it to the new one (because the numbers did not end in 3D, but 1I, if I am After cutting off and turning on the power from the garage door opener, I completed what was recommended with the instructions, replaced everything back to where it had been, and turned the power back on, and everything Two out of three! Having no problems at all was not an issue for me. It would've taken me a lot less time if I hadn't needed to switch the housing. I'm very meticulous, so it took me around an hour to complete the entire process. It was easy to understand, and all the instructions I received were good. Thus, we have the answer to your question. This particular one is worth my time. (= I don't normally write reviews I don't know who you are, but how did you deliver this so quickly? You are so kind I appreciate it a lot. Due to the fact that I am a KING and scholar, I am not supposed to perform plebian duties, such as lifting a garage door with my hands! I'm sooooooooo excited! Regardless of where you are, I hope you enjoyed this and it put a smile on your face. My sincere thanks go out to.

Replace your old opener with this one
5/5

Cheaper than buying a new one. This is the order I placed for The logic board for my Sears garage door opener is a 3D model which I previously researched online pointed out there might not be one of the latest versions. I received the model 041A5021- as anticipated I had to remove the logic board itself from the black plastic end panel since the provided end panel would not fit the sheet metal configuration of the garage door opener housing, noted in my research as probably the latest. Once that was done, I reinstalled it on the existing end panel, which was easy since only four screws are required and those are located in the same places on both Based on the fact that I gave it 5 stars, I can confirm that the new board functions as intended. It may be of interest to you that I have both my Sears garage door openers about 20 years old. The logic boards of my old computer needed to be replaced about ten years ago. It has been 10 years since I replaced one of the logic boards on the computer. In other words, if the trend continues, I'll have to replace the other one shortly. Depending on how they are maintained, you can expect 10 years of life from them. Unless the garage door opener has other problems that warrant going to the trouble and additional expense of replacing the entire door opener, it's much cheaper to replace these parts. They cost approximately $70 to $80 per component.

The model number is different, but the product works exactly as described
5/5

The product I ordered was a "41A5021-", but I received one that was a "41A5021-" In addition to the original "3D" Circuit Board, I received the "041A5021-" upgraded version The number I". The difference between the models can only be seen in their plastic housing, as other reviewers pointed out. Using the younger model means not being able to use those older garage openers with their plastic housing. I removed the old plastic housing from the old circuit board, removed the new circuit board from its housing, and attached the new circuit board to the old plastic housing using the included instructions. I had no problems installing everything, and I am able to use the garage door opener again (the old circuit board had stopped receiving wireless signals, so I had to use a Even though I am not someone who plays with electronics on a regular basis, the process took me less than 30 minutes.

I like it a lot
5/5

My old receiver logic board #41A4315 -this helped me fix all the problems There was no response to the remote or key pad when the light was on. It wouldn't reverse direction when you hit the keyboard or remote again when the light was off, but it did work when it was on. As the new mount is bigger, they say the board needs to be removed from the old mount and installed on the new one. I cut the new mount to fit my old one since the old one was broken in several places. Make a 1/8" cut on each side and about a 1/2" cut on There were two holes that matched at the top, but the bottom holes needed to be drilled. Thanks for reading. I hope it.

Replacement garage openers are easy to install and fix
5/5

In this logic board, the letters end in "I,"whereas the ones I replaced ended in "D. ". There are slight variations in the components on the board, but the general shape and layout remain the same. on the opener wasn't the same size as the original, so I had to swap it for the old one. took 2 minutes and was very simple. The remote for my Craftsman opener did not work when the light was on, as it turned out to be a bad logic board. A new opener cost $600 to install, but this board had my 27 year old Craftsman opener working again in no time. I paid 89 dollars and it was well worth it.

It is of great quality

This is an easy replacement. My aging door opener can almost be directly replaced with this one. As it turns out, I had to swap out the black faceplate due to I found it no problem since it was only five screws and the instructions were enclosed. This does not have to be rocket science installing the board, changing the faceplate, and programming the remotes. I think we can complete the process in less than an I found the instructions to be very clear.

A perfect fit and the correct part were both present. However, it turned out that the problem had nothing to do with the circuit board, but rather with
Even though I returned the item, the seller made it a point to refund me the full value of the item.
