The standard fairlead bolt pattern is 10" on center.

Is the plate a certain thickness?

201" with a powder coat thickness of just over 3/16".

Will this fit a 12000 pound wench from Badland?

It fit my Badlands APEX 12000 winch perfectly, but the lower vertical plate below the fairlead had to be shaved down about 1/4" to allow the cable to pass through freely. I simply used a grinder to remove it. br>With the steel cable and roller fairlead on the standard Badlands winch, you might not have any problems.
