Is this compatible with a first-generation Warn VR10?

Don't waste your time ordering this motor; it will not arrive. I ordered it twice and waited over a month and a half for it to arrive. Each time, there was a problem with the packaging, and both times it was returned to sender. If you're looking for someone to assist you, contact Montana Jacks. I will never order Warn parts from anyone else because Scott is the owner and he is extremely helpful.

The M12000 is what I have. Is it necessary to reuse the washers on both ends of the motor shaft with the new motor? Thank you very much! ?

The fit is ideal. To align the shaft in place, turn the winch up straight. To keep the water out, all of the connections were sealed with high-temp silicone.
