The 14 gallon by-pass humidifier for ducts

Item # HFT2100 White Rodgers

A high-capacity bypass humidifier that can flow through the whole house for moistness

This product is for homes with a minimum floor area of 2100 square feet

It is possible to install a bypass on any side of the vehicle with reversible side panels with snap-lock fittings

A universal humidistat, saddle valve, transformer with 24 volts, mounting pieces, and installation instructions are included with this kit.

The production rate per day was 14 gallons

There is a hft in my house Rick has any ideas as to why the 2100 de humidifier does not release water when it is turned on, yes the tap is on. Thanks for reaching out. ?

For outdoor temperatures, check the humidity setting on the humidistat. The humidistat should be set to the minimum humidity setting, but hold the inlet water out to check if the valve is working. Possibly the valve is defective. My water valve stopped working only after using it for one winter.

It is time to replace the water wheel

Getting it installed was a bit difficult since the previous one was mounted on the side of the duct, and the opening on this one was wider than the side of the duct. I am not a professional installer, but I got it mounted and working in one I am glad to have gotten rid of the water wheel since it was performing well.

The humidifier replaced an old "water wheel" style humidifier, so installation was extremely simple compared to the old one. With the old one removed, this one was installed over the cutout, and I used the existing water and humidistat lines to get it up and running in about 20 minutes. Thanks a lot!.

The humidifier should be placed throughout the entire house

There was an oval duct leading to the outlet. Attaching a 6" round duct was difficult. Had to use a coupling connected to the inside of the outlet duct on the humidifier in order to make it work.
