It is possible, but I am unable to say for certain. This part seems to be very similar to the original Lennox part, but it is better to be safe than sorry. This Lennox oem part 36N91 would be the one I would purchase.

During use of the humidifier, I found that the drain spout that I had for over 16 years had cracked and was leaking. I found this to be a direct OEM replacement that fit perfectly and was easy to install. The roof is no longer leaking, and everything has returned to its normal state.
I didn't feel it fit as tightly and didn't feel exactly like the one I usually put in when installing these, but for the job they do, that is to direct water down the drain, it will work perfectly. It fits perfect and the drain hose bounces off well as well. In addition, when compared to others being sold on the site. As we all know, these are outrageously priced so if you're looking for one of these, this one is just right. It was also shipped promptly.
