This water filter replaced the Kenmore one I'd been buying annually for about 10 years at about 1/3 the price, and the water flow has been better than the Kenmore replacement

It's been in service for about a month and the water flow has been better than the Kenmore replacement. I'm hoping for at least 6 months of service life, which will make it a much better value than a brand-name product.

Sears charges more than $48 for a replacement. FOR ONE, THE COST IS $ 00. They're identical, but you get three for less than $36. You figure it out for yourself. This was an excellent purchase. br>br>4/6/2016 Update: Even so, it's a five-star rating. It performs admirably, and the cost is extremely reasonable.
