Although the thickness is incorrect, I gave it a one-star rating because the value of the filter units (quantity: ) is still good. 4) for the price; fortunately, my kitchen air vent can clamp so tight that the filters are flush with the suction fan. In addition, the quality of the carbon filtering does not meet my expectations. The OEM I had previously installed appears to be much better.
It was the perfect fit. br>The quality is excellent. br>The airflow through the filter is perfect. br>It collects grease in the air. br>The price point is correct. br>Like many other customers, one of mine arrived slightly dented, but this had no bearing on its ability to be used. br>I'm only giving 4 stars because they should have figured out the packaging issue by now (resulting in dents).
My 26-year-old range hood was a perfect fit. It's a little thicker with the charcoal feature, but my range hood can be adjusted by rotating the retaining clip on the hood. It's a retaining clip with two positions. The flexible filter screen was slightly rubbed by the plastic fan blade. As a result, I simply formed the flexible screen to prevent it from rubbing.
The fact that it was the exact size and measurements was appealing to me. The method of installation is determined by the previous method. My approach was straightforward. br>br>The only negative is that they were thinner than the ones I had previously. One of the packs' weaves was also uneven. I'm not sure whether or not the carbon is beneficial. There isn't much of a difference that I can see. I wish these could be recycled in some way. br>br>.
Despite the fact that the product is a perfect fit, the packaging is lacking. The outer frames of two of the units had dents. In addition, there is no indication of which side should face the fan.
These filters were exactly what I needed for my Nutone stove exhaust, and they arrived much sooner than I expected. These filters are ideal for this application. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because one of them had a small crushed area in the side frame. These filters are well worth the money, and there is only a minor flaw.
This is a great option if you need a hood filter. Because you get four in a package, you can swap them out at the recommended intervals rather than having to wait for a spare. They appear to effectively filter odors, and with a new filter installed, my fan speed increased noticeably.
These replacement filters are reasonably priced, but they aren't quite as thick as the original. They have a thickness of less than 3/8".
