Can you tell me where I can get a Microwave charcoal filter 3x9/1/2? You couldn't find it on the list?

I'm not sure I understand your response because I'm not familiar with the MV model for which a filter is required. LG LMVM2277ST/01 is the model that I have. The manual said I needed a 5230W1A003A filter, but that was the wrong size for my microwave; instead, I needed a 5230W1A003C filter (the entire front opens upward). The "C" filter measures 9 1/8 X 2 3/4.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. However, it is hidden behind the decorative top trim. You'll be able to see where it fits above the range hood fan once the cover is removed. Because you don't use the range hood or do anything with it, it should be retracted.

What are the filter's precise dimensions? I have a ge mv, but it does not have any filters similar to this one. However, it appears to be the same as the one in the mw. ?

I was able to extract the model number from the existing filter using my best eyes and a microscope, which led me to this. . . . Two screws, slide the cover to the left, and it popped off. br>br>An LG filter. . . for a GE microwave, model JVM7195SK5SSbr>br> It's right there in front of you, the filter! Remove the old and put the new in its place. Replace the cover, tighten the screws, and you're finished. In less than 2 minutes, you will have completed your task. br>br>While the price is high, the frame is made of solid plastic.

I just finished installing this carbon filter in my LG microwave, which was a very simple and quick process. Simply remove one screw from the top of the plastic cover when opening the microwave door to reveal this filter. Replace the filter and tighten the screws. the top plastic cover in front of the door should be lowered once more. Simple to set up.

Filter is identical to the one it replaces in terms of appearance and fit. This one was hidden behind a plastic panel in the front of my LG microwave, which I discovered by accident while cleaning it. br>I had no idea it existed, nor did I realize how greasy the old one it replaced was.
