Questions & Answers

Are these filters compatible with an AKDY RH0259 island range hood? 30"?

I'm not sure about the various models, but these are common filters. My hood is 30 inches long as well.

Is it compatible with the 36-inch range of televisions?

To fit a 36 range, you'll need the 36" hood. First, determine how much space there is between the cabinets. Many of the cabinets above the cooktop/range are only 30" wide, but there may be a 36" cabinet above yours.

Filters should be cleaned or replaced as needed. What recommendations does the manufacturer have? Is it possible to clean them? What is the frequency of your visits?

Every two months, I do a thorough cleaning. So far, there have been no issues.

They simply twist on, and there are no instructions. Cosmo had to be contacted, and the technician had to send a PDF for it. It's not the same setup this time. The filter should be installed after the motor cover has been removed. There is no way to remove the engine cover. Simply place the cover on top and snap it shut.
