The tabs reach up three inches and are 5"x 3".
14 years does not seem excessive to me. The first one lasted 20 minutes; the second one lasted an hour and a half It could all come down to the wattage of your light and how long you leave it on. It may become brittle more quickly as a result of the heat. We were only using a 25 watt bulb before switching to a mini compact fluorescent. If you use less heat, it may last longer. No, the light lens is smaller than the dimensions of the product, which are 14x10x13 inches. The light lens, on the other hand, fits perfectly on my hood. I believe that 14x10x13 is the approximate size of the hood area (near the hood fan) to which the light lens replacement part is attached.

Because my range hood was not a Broan model, I wasn't sure it would fit. And there seemed to be a variety of, sometimes contradictory, responses as to the actual size of the lens hood, which perplexed me. br>br>Anyway, I took a chance and it worked out perfectly. br>br>If you want to give it a try, make sure to measure the inner distance between the two tabs. This is likely the most important measurement, because if the inner distance between the two tabs is off, the product will most likely not fit. The inner distance between the two tabs for this product is 3 inches. br>br> The length is four feet. 5 inches.

- It's the perfect fit for my range hood.
- When it was delivered, it was in perfect condition.

- The price was more than reasonable. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
- I expect it to crumble and splinter in a few years, as it is made of the same dreadful plastic as the original.
This bulb cover is 4 inches in diameter. 5" long x 3" wide x 5" long x 3" wide It measures 5" in width by 3" in height and is in perfect working order. When I covered a normal 60 watt stove bulb with a different one of these on Amazon that was sold and shipped by a vendor other than Amazon, it smelled like melting plastic. As a result, I strongly advise you to purchase this one, which is sold and shipped by Amazon. This is an excellent product.
This small lens light cover was a perfect fit for my Broan 52000. It went up quickly and easily, and I was able to get rid of the old crumbly dry rotted one, thank goodness! If you handle these items too much after they've been used for a long time, they'll dry out and fall apart. It's a simple matter to swap them out.
This Broan BP43 was ordered to replace an 18-year-old model. year- Range Hood Bulb Cover, old GE OEM original. I was overjoyed to discover it was an even better cover than the GE, despite not knowing if it would fit or not. br>br>According to the label: Fits: Broan, GE, Nautilus, Roper, Sears, and WCIbr>br>For comparison, the Length and Width were the same, with the hanging Depth varying: 3 5/8" Broan vs. 3 5/8" Broan 3 inches GE br>br>The additional depth will prevent the bulb from melting a hole in the cover, as shown.
The old one was yellowing, cracking, and crumbling to pieces. It's a perfect match for my Broan. It looks a lot better now. It's completely white and can be installed in a matter of seconds. If I had known I could replace it sooner, I would have done so. I discovered it on Amazon while searching for a new filter, which I have ordered and am awaiting.
I ordered this because our old one had yellowed, cracked, and was filthy. I have no idea what model Broan range I have; I just ordered this because it looked similar and was reasonably priced. Fortunately, it was accurate and flawless.
It lasts a long time and does a good job. Someone stole it during delivery but decided to put it back in front of my door the next day, so it was well worth the money. This occurred after I informed my neighbor that UPS was conducting an investigation into the disappearance of my package. My package arrived the following day, miraculously. Hmmmmm!.
