Ideal match for Broan-based HVAC systems Nutritional supplement Nutone QT-D Originally installed in 2008, this bathroom ceiling fan measures 80 inches in diameter. 1 Molex 3 was all it took to complete this job in 10 minutes In the sheet metal shroud, there are 2 pin plugs for the electrical connection and 1 thumb screw plus 3 tabs for the physical installation. With no access to the attic or crawl space required, all of the work can be done on the bathroom side. The old motor/fan assembly was removed after I spent more time vacuuming up dust than actually removing the motor/fan. This is a highly recommended book. (Btw, the original installation cost for parts and labor by a licensed electrician in 2008 was about $450, so the $74 cost of this part + my labor of 10 minutes was a great saving).

It has been a while since my bathroom exhaust fan was I verified that it was the fan. A Broan representative called me. I got the correct part number for the fan from them. It was in this store on Amazon that I found the part I wanted. A week passed before it arrived. According to the local parts supplier, it will take three weeks for it to reach them. I was able to install the fan unit fairly easily once I received it. Connect the electrical lead to the fan, then disconnect it. Get the fan unit out of the way and remove it. In no time at all, the new replacement had been put into position. All that was left was to reconnect the electrical lead. All is well with the exhaust fan now that it has been repaired.

One bathroom fan in the house was no longer being manufactured, and it had been missing since I bought the house. In learning more about this model, i found out that it can be used as a replacement for the framing already installed. It arrived a few days later after I took a chance. About ten minutes elapsed from opening the package to hooking it up and placing it in the box. It works great for me. It was a perfect day.

The motor at my parents’ place had stopped working after just 3 years, so I bought this one to replace it. My quiet fan is working right away after I installed this. It has been remarkably quiet here. While the original came out in silver, I got one in black, but hey, it is still in the unit so it doesn't matter. I appreciate the quick turnaround and the fact that the part was the exact one I was looking for.

The new vent hose is the best replacement for the old one that corroded from moisture build up. Because of the movement of the hose, water lay in it, thus causing the vent to lose pressure. My system was installed in a matter of minutes, I just swapped it out and I was up and running in no time.

Our 14-year-old fan was out of service, the motor was dusty, and the assembly was a strange size not on our part, so we ordered it. So, we gave this replacement a whirl and it works like a charm! Steamy and stench-filled bathrooms are a thing of the past! As well, it is much more powerful and doesn't sound like a Pratt & Whitney. Like the original, it is powered by a PW2000 jet engine.

Having the old unit removed and a new one installed in less than five minutes was no big deal for me. I found this to be a perfect replacement for the bathroom fan I had before. This was a very quiet day. Ten years were spent on the original. It sounds like this one will be just as good as the last.

I bought this to replace the motor in my QTR110 which was blown. After ordering on Saturday, I received the package on Thursday. In addition to being cheaper than its sister model, the QTR80, it also gives 80 cfm extra air flow This motor is supposed to be quieter, and it is (this motor spins at a lower RPM). As opposed to the 110, which was too large for my bathroom, this one works just fine.
