It is easy to install The area needs to be clean- Make sure you watch and are mindful of the wiring and harnesses as you clean the oven Install new motor on new fan hole, charge it, plug it in, and then tighten it together with the nuts on the oven exhaust opening. (Don't overturn the nuts in case you snap them off. That was why I ordered it in the first place). I connected it all up and have not had any problems It has not ceased to hum, so not a bad quality.
