I paid for a new product and received one that had been previously used. The packaging is not to my liking. This product was returned because it appeared to be used, and I had paid for a new product. There were water spots on the product's base, and the packaging appeared to be used. That wouldn't have bothered me, but I had paid for a new product, so I repackaged it and sent it back. Because I was in such a bad mood, I never used it!.

This handheld steamer is much easier to use than bulkier or larger steamers, and it produces similar results. You'd have to refill the water container if there were more than one wrinkled item. It's not perfect, and it doesn't work on all wrinkles, but the convenience is fantastic!.
It took a long time to remove the water tank. I used a small screwdriver to repair two broken fingernails, which left scratches. I used a measuring cup to measure the water, but the filler hole was so small that some of the water dripped onto the counter. The steamer (which was brand new at the time) then refused to turn on. I got a flashing blue light in the power button after several minutes of shaking and jiggling it, but it quickly went out. I finally got the thing to make steam, but it did nothing to help my linen shirts get rid of wrinkles. The unit finally refused to shut down. I also read the instruction booklet from start to finish; TWICE. I yanked the plug out of frustration. It'll be returned to the store the next day.
for a while; this thing is powerful and does an excellent job of wrinkle removal. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only five uses. I tried to decalcify it, but it was already dead. It was disappointing.
