This is usually included with new dish washers and this did not come with my brother's open box purchase from Lowe's. They don't sell them at the big box stores, we learned. If Lowe's had sent us a set, we could have received them faster than we did. They arrived the next day and worked as the originals did. Fit like factory brackets. Did the job as advertised. My dishwasher instructions were terrible, so I did not have to read them. However, they do not have scoring marks like factory brackets, so you won't be able to break them off where they stick out from the mounting plate.
