Changing from a 4 to a 5 star rating. During the past year, I have dealt with wheels falling off of our Kenmore Dishwasher. I checked on Amazon and found these wheels at an affordable price, I decided to get OEM replacement wheels. Upon arrival, the new wheels looked very sturdy and were a perfect replacement for the original wheels. From examining the method with which the wheels are attached to the bracket, it is fairly clear they will not fall off. I removed the wheel assemblies in three minutes and installed the new wheels in the same amount of time. The first thing I noticed after I put the basket back into the dishwasher was After removing the basket from the washer, it took twice as much effort to slide it back into the machine. As far as I could see, the wheels did not seem to turn After removing the basket, I was able to turn the wheels We put the basket back into the washer, but the problem is still the same, it takes more effort to roll it up. Because I am an engineer, I had to figure out what the problem was. removed the OEM wheels and reinstalled them, and the basket slides freely in and out of the cart. There was some lateral movement (side to side) in the basket. After reinstalling the new wheels, I was able to determine that there is no lateral movement which is causing pressure on the side of the wheels which is causing them not to They are a fraction of an inch wider than the originals either because of the brackets or the wheels. After some use, I believe this issue will go away by itself. Until I found a solution to this issue, I only gave this product four stars. The fact that this issue is so minor doesn't change my opinion. I would still rather pay more than twice as much for replacement parts than to pay expensive OEM parts. A NEW UPDATE
Following two weeks of daily use, the wheels are more flexible, and the basket can now glide in and out with little effort. This product has been updated to a 5 Star rating as a result of this fact.

I purchased this replacement set after the wheel on my original set broke because the rack was moved out of the way during a repair, so it fell off the counter. In light of the fact that the factory set sagged over the years I had the dishwasher, I decided it would be better to replace everything and replace it as a set. After I put the wheels on my rack and pushed around a little on the floor, I noticed that they worked just fine. As soon as I put the rack in my dishwasher the wheels didn't turn - either when I pushed it in or when I dragged it out - even with the handle turned, the wheels stayed in place. It was nothing more than a slip. It was difficult to push or pull the rack with these wheels, probably because they did not turn. Upon checking, I found they were mounted the same way as the factory wheels when I removed them, but there was a little clearance, just like the factory wheels, so they were not wedged against the sides of the vehicle. In the end, I had to take the rack back out and put it on the floor so the wheels would work. So I might as well use sleds as wheels when I put these back in the dishwasher. There seems to be a little more friction in the wheels than the factory ones when turning. Stainless steel is used for the interior of my dishwasher It may be that the wheels just have more axle friction than there is friction between them and the stainless steel. No idea, but I think it's harder to pull the rack out or push it in than to pull it in. It can even be This is what these wheels look like. As soon as I put my original ones back on my rack, everything worked as expected I pull the rack out or push it in, and the factory wheels turn as I do.

One wheel kept falling off the rack on my KitchenAid dishwasher. You need four sets of wheels if you want to replace all eight wheels. went to an online parts supplier and found they were charging $56 for the part. I was shocked at the price on the KitchenAid website. You will need to add tax and shipping fees for each set. After thinking about it for a few weeks, I decided to move forward. One of the wheels had popped off by that point. Upon checking Amazon, I found a package with 4 sets of wheels for $16. I was really shocked when I saw that. Tax is added to the 99. I would have had to pay about $250 for that. We have an online parts store with prices starting at $00. Two sets of the 2 I had that malfunctioned were replaced, and I still have 2 spares. No tools were required to install them, they were extremely easy to install. Despite having been on my dishwasher for several weeks, I've had no problems with them. I saved at least $225 by using the rack that rolls in and out smoothly. There is a charge of $100 for.

A 10 year old Kenmore Elite Dishwasher is my only dishwasher. There is a problem with the bottom right roller on the rack. A glance at the O gave me the answer. The part number for the roller set (WPW10195417) can be found on the Sears parts website for $46 for one set (there are four sets on the bottom rack). It is listed as back ordered until May 17th for $67 before shipping and tax. A set of four rollers is available for $18 on Amazon. There is no way they are The O is not a roller, but a comparison. (The top photos show the original part, while the bottom photos show the new one that Amazon offers). Ordered it one day ago and it arrived the next morning. I was able to remove the old roller easily, and the new one quickly fitted in its place. I would have paid $46. 50 from Sears before shipping if I had to replace all of the sets of rollers. A total of $186 is obtained by multiplying 67 by 4. A total of 68 was received from Amazon, and Amazon received The 4 sets add up to 56 pieces. With the price and quality of the package, it was a fantastic deal and since I had four sets, I had three spares in case of a malfunction. It is not surprising that after so many years, rollers start failing. O would most likely be the part I would buy if I were replacing a mechanical part. The replacement of a plastic part was satisfactory, but it wasn't the best for replacing metal parts.

The item I purchased was after doing a little research on Amazon and finding several similarly priced items. My first impression was that they were cheap and sturdy, and when I received them, I was surprised. The wheels on my Kenmore Elite dishwasher were broken and I replaced it with these ones. I had a concern that these would not fit the original wheel, which had the part number "w10195419". These parts did not differ from the original in terms of shape or size.

My dishwasher works great now that these replacement wheels are in place! The price was very reasonable and we ended up getting four sets of wheels for less than the price of one or two from On my unit, although only a few of the wheels were damaged, I was still able to replace all of them with new ones. These originals were incredibly easy to install, and the backups I keep are good for using at another time. They've served me well for the last three years They have gone through four cycles so far without a problem. I think the originals are made out of the same material, but they appear to be much more.
