I've found that they work If they are standing on slippery rocks, they won't slip. Despite their weight, this is their only downside. The people are kind to each other- Heavy in weight. A bit like the old lead-booted bell divers in olden times, I felt a bit like that.

A pair I bought some years ago was lighter and had the same type of cleats, yet were not the same type of cleats I own today. My husband will enjoy these. ) I am glad these were for him.

Fishing around rocks is a must if you are going to fish. Regularly, I fish Montauk and I wouldn't survive without my Korkers if I didn't have them. There is no other way to survive on the rocks but with these.

Costs a little bit more than most wading shoes, but is great for fishing conditions in which you need a shoe to help you get a Upon wearing them for the first time, I lost two of the metal studs.
