What is the nature of the rope?

There are ropes and other items for sale Our handle floats date back to 2010, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Some brands went to the bottom, so we returned those too!

What is the float state of the handle? As of now, we don't have one ?

SINK TAKEN CARE OF! * I purchased two of these before discovering that one came with the handle assembled on the wrong end of the rope in spite of being factory packaged (made in This situation was easily remedied, but BOTH HANDLES ARE UNWORKABLE! In our case, we are using them for 15 off kneeboarding, but our closest takeaway is about 2 miles away. There is an 18' drop off. In terms of the ropes/lines, they seem sturdy, but the handles are a real issue. When the handles were first used, the ropes were run through, threaded through, and slid through the sections of rope. This shifted the handles after the first use, There is now a great deal of discomfort in their environment. The handles on the skis stick to much less callused hands and are brutal to hold on to during skiing A finger. Having gloves in recreational skiing would be helpful but should not be required. It was my fault that these ropes were taken.

Do I need to make sure this handle is floating?

The last time I used mine, it floated up and down in the water every time.

The rope is strong enough to be used for a wakeboard, right?

In short, yes. Wakeboard ropes traditionally have a wider grip area which is desirable for trick tricks, but this rope is not too large for beginners or intermediate riders.

It comes in four sections, including a white section which is twisted and stretched. The handle is half the size of the colored sections, which did not stretch or twist. Moreover, the rubber end caps on the handle are not glued to the handle, so they will fall off after a while. I had to fix the rope with superglue, but you shouldn't need to fix a new item. I was considering returning the rope, but I do not have a replacement, and I have to tow my guests with the rope. After one ski season, here is what you need to know It became unglued from the medal core when the rubber material on the handle came loose. As with the previous issue, superglue solved the problem, but also left a hard ridge where the rubber was bonded to the plastic.

What do you think of skiing? Ski ropes like this are great! In a boat marina, we purchased a ski rope that the owners recommended, but it was a completely waste of money

A single use ripped the fabric and frayed it. There is nothing better than this rope. The handle floats are very visible and easy to see. This handles is a grip you can grab and does not have a slick surface to make it easy for your hands to It is a more sturdy, thicker rope than the one we purchased at the marina, and it is just what we need since Thank you for this rope! I'm very satisfied with it!.

Kneeboarding is a breeze with this board! We found it to be good rope, thinner than others we have used, but it held up well to Thanks to the color coding of the sections, you can determine how far you should stand from the boat in order to catch the biggest I have only used it a few times over a couple of days on the water, but I hope it holds up!

However, the handle does not float, so it could be considered a good ski rope. It seems to me that any rope with a floating handle would have one. There's something I don't like about the outcome.

I'm a 50-year-old female. It is awesome to use this gripper! Having the handle keeps me from losing my grip at the age of 50. My family says I'm getting weak, but it doesn't matter. You have tons of choices of colors and rope lengths to choose from. It floats well when you don't move at all. I found this equipment to be well laid out and well designed.

There are times when it floats and times when it doesn't! The last few months, we have been using Rave equipment instead of O'Brien or HO for water skiing and wakeboarding, and we haven't There are many reviews that say this handle does not float, but I can say that most of the time it does

The fishing fin sinks sometimes if it needs to be dragged in the water for a little bit more time. Our O'Brien handle was unable to float at all. For those of you looking for a floating handle, all I can say is that yes, it is designed to float, but we have seen it sink a few times, but the rope is bright enough to see underwater! Rave is a fantastic company, so consider buying from them!.
