It's not big enough. With a head size of 61 cm, I ordered the XL size, which is rated as suitable for 60-62 cm I am 62 cm tall. It's too small, so we don't use it. There's an extent to which it fits circumference - While there is a slight pinch at the forehead, it is not uncomfortable. It's the depth between top and bottom that is the real problem. I am constantly having trouble keeping the front of the helmet off my forehead if the helmet is put on in the back the way it is supposed to fit. When I pull the front down on the helmet, there is a huge gap between my ears and the bottom. I would recommend avoiding this, unless you have a very wide head, but shallow/flat facial features.
So I went up a size since I was on the edge, but the top is The size will be ordered a size smaller since I'm saving this one for myself.
It does not help that the Chin strap is a mile long and very slippy when wet, so I have to continually tighten I like night the most, but I think the price is fair since I'm just getting started.

I was very pleased with this helmet. This is an amazing product. In my case, I really missed my water sport helmet and had to return it for a bike.
I had a very well built helmet for whitewater skiing, although it had absolutely no adjustment! It is important to keep that in mind. It would have won't have fit me if it had adjustment, but I am more comfortable with a tight helmet when whitewatering.
I bought it for kayaking, but have found that I use it more to quickly ride my bike.
