I had been looking for something like this. Here in Maui, I have a pair that has been in use for 5 months. They were given to me for crossing the lava rock to enter and exit the ocean. The sole appears to be in good condition. On clean sand, the waves lift the sand, which gets into the booty. The longer ones that go up a few inches above the ankle may be my next pair. These can also be used to cushion the insides of flippers to prevent rubbing and blisters. This product has exceeded my expectations.
