Yes, as long as you follow the entire glue process because it creates a very strong bond by melting into the material. I don't think I'd ever be able to get mine off my paddle board.

These fit perfectly and look great after sanding the backs and gluing them to my Rhib's Hypalon tubes. They needed a little trimming around the D ring to look perfect, but they were a great price and they got the job done. It's still going strong.

This item is exactly what it says it is. "No Glue" indicates that you will need to purchase an adhesive separately to adhere the D-card. rings on. It is a cost that is not included in the budget.
