Hello, you'll need to apply this directly to your board, not the foam deck pad. You can, however, cut out four sections of the deck pad yourself or have it done by a pro shop.
If your board already has loops, you can use just the bungee.
The pads are 3 inches long and wide. 75" long by 2" wide (the oval's longest part). 25" wide (in the middle of the oval's shorter side, if that makes sense) - As a result, the size is almost 4 inches by almost 2 inches. 5 inches.
No, it won't be able to support the weight of someone leaning against the backrest, and there are only a few options for mounting a backrest. affixing brackets to the surface with epoxy 3- Wrap it around the board and fasten it. I would not recommend drilling anchors into the board. I hope it was of some assistance. Oh, and they might have a suction cup-attached backrest.

Easy to install on my board; the adhesive holds up well, and the cord is long enough to accommodate whatever you may require. I've used it in saltwater and it's held up well so far. Follow the cleaning instructions, but don't make the same mistake I did and place it too high on the board, making it difficult to reach your belongings. This isn't a problem with the product. However, once the adhesive is in place, it cannot be repositioned, indicating how long it will last.
When I saw the price of a similar competitor's product, I thought I could make something cheaper and just as effective myself; however, the SUP-100 proved to be the superior product. The price has been reduced to $18. 99 - I don't think I'd be able to do it for less. So I bought two, one for each board, and so far they've worked perfectly.
Because I have a ULI inflatable, I was a little concerned about whether there would be a problem. I'm pleased to report that this is not the case. I followed the instructions that were emailed to me prior to shipment, and now I have a bungee deck attachment that allows me to carry water, flip flops, or a dry bag. This product exceeded my expectations, and I will be ordering more SUP accessories from them in the future.
I have a dry bag that sits beneath the bungees, and I've tightened the bungees as much as I could while paddling to secure my bag, and they're still holding!.
This product piqued my interest because it appears to be excellent. Installing it was a breeze. My landings on Miami Beach with my SUP can be a little bumpy at times. It gave way after only a few trips out with a small dry bag. If you're going to use it on calm waters, I still think it's a good idea.
slow- Montana has a lot of rivers. It was simple to stick the pads on the board and thread the bungee cord through the loops — now I can safely carry my PFD, small cooler, dry bag, and water shoes on the front of my board. Great product, and the perfect complement to my SUP!.
I made sure to follow the installation instructions to the letter. Snuggle up to your brand-new SUP. Allow to cure in the sun for the entire afternoon.
