Questions & Answers
Mounted on this is a common hole pattern as found on old school deck mounts such as Scotty, RAM, Cannon, Astwood, and so on. We wanted to make updating easier if someone already had a Scotty deck mount but wanted track mounted accessories besides just the Scotty, so the MightyMount Switch made it so no additional holes in the kayak were needed.
It will line up with the holes on the hoodoo element 100s when mounted on the MightyMount Switch. If you need to purchase hardware, you will need the right screws at your local hardware store, but they should not be difficult to locate since the thread size and depth of mounting holes vary from kayak to kayak.
In addition to being compatible with this product, the YakAtack RotoGrip Paddle Holder is also compatible with any YakAtack track/MightyMount system. A single t-connector on the MightMount Switch can also be used to connect the manufacturer's other YakAttack products Many different accessories can be mounted to the rod holders, such as fish finders, cup holders, and camera mounts.
There is a 1/4"-inch included in the package There are 20 pieces of hardware per their website. However, there are 11 pieces of hardware per their website If you use threaded inserts, additional hardware may be required depending on its depth or thread size. I have stopped using Scotty and Ram mounts in favor of the MightyMount Switch. You'll love it!

I love it, and it actually works with the Oru Kayak on the backplate.
