Questions & Answers
The garden hook has a load capacity of 50 pounds for one arm and 100 pounds for two arms. This, however, is the hook's maximum load.
There are two screw holes on the kayak hook, and there are five on the hols. 5mm, bolts can be used to secure it to the iron post, or oxygen welding can be used to secure the attach hanger to the iron post.
From the brackets, we hung two 10' kayaks and one 12' kayak. They believe your older town kayaks will be fine because the 10 footer pinto is wide.
It's still unclear whether anyone uses a hook to hang the kayak you mentioned, but it shouldn't be a problem.

The racks themselves are well-padded and sturdy. Installing it was a breeze. On the racks, kayaks are absolutely solid. I raised the bottom ones to keep the snow from drifting into them. br>br>As others have mentioned, the SCREWS that come with it are a nightmare. I had to drill out the first one because the screw head had stripped. I used a Dewalt DCD980 drill with a 20-volt battery. I happened to have some 8 1 5/8 inch deck screws on hand, and they worked perfectly. I would buy them again. br>br>.
I started by securing two 2x4s to the garage's side. I did it this way for two reasons: 1. My garage wall has fewer holes in it. As a result, if I need to adjust the hooks up or down for different kayaks, it'll be simple and there will be fewer holes in the wall. Then I measured out where I wanted the hooks to go on my kayaks. Instead of using the supplied hardware, I used deck screws. There were six hooks included in the package. At the moment, I only require four. They are able to keep the boats in place without any issues. With plenty of hooks, this is the best value. To hang anything you can think of in the yard, garage, or inside the house. I attempted to document the situation with a photograph. However, I was unable to do so at this time. Perhaps later.
They're fine; they're not particularly sturdy, but they seem to hold my 50-pound kayaks just fine, and they're simple to put together. It's a good product for the money, and it's a lot less expensive than some of the other kayak storage bracket options. With the included screws, I was able to install the first set without difficulty. The head was stripped out in the second one. I simply replaced the screws with some better ones I had on hand.
The good news first:br>* Two can fit a single 10' kayak and still have room for a paddlebr>br>A few drawbacks:br>* Screws can easily be stripped. br>br> br>* Even when the hooks are tightened, they wobble. This, I believe, is due to the rounded back. Kayaks, on the other hand, continue to perform admirably. br>* I'll probably need to tie the kayaks together because they're prone to tipping.

It's very sturdy, and I had no trouble hanging my large tandem kayaks on it. I'm confident they'll last a long time, but make sure they're mounted into studs; I wouldn't rely on the sheet rock mount alone. It's not the product itself that will fail; it's what you mount it to.
We had some shipping issues (who doesn't these days? ), but Morkor was extremely accommodating and promptly replaced my item. The racks themselves were easy to put together and are just big enough for a sit-on-top kayak and plenty for a sit-in boat. It's nice to have them safely stored and out of sight of potential thieves. I only needed two boats to hang, so the extras will be used to store bikes and ladders. They're sturdy, but the padding isn't going to hold up to a lot of abuse. I'm relieved that I was able to obtain them.
I was a little worried about the durability of these. They get the job done and can easily accommodate a kayak. This is a fantastic way to keep your kayak off the ground while storing it. These are something I would recommend.
So easily do the screws come loose. To save time and headaches when installing, you should simply toss these out and replace them with new ones. The brackets, on the other hand, do their job admirably.
