I think this is a great product. Compared to an equal competitor, this item was $20 cheaper, and I liked the idea that my hooks were buckled (unlike any of the other competitors). It takes two people to install if you want to hang it as high as I did in the photograph. The hook screws are placed with a drill and a measuring tape. You will also need a drill for the three screws per hook. The kayak held fine with my 14 ft kayak at either end having about 1ft 8in clearance on each end. As the kayak hooks can hold a great deal of weight, I stored my paddle and car hooks in the kayak so that I have everything close at hand. This holds up very well and looks good as well.
