With these fins, you absolutely must wear boots. The large fits shoe sizes 10 to 14, so I think the regular would be fine for you.
Even an xs will most likely be too big right now, depending on the type of boot you have. I'm a size xs and wear a size 8 boot with a 3mm heel.
Large
Hello! br>A Medium is a size 7 in men's clothing. 10, but if you have a larger sole boot than I would go with a large to ensure that they fit 100%

This is a fantastic set of fins. My daughter despised fins and whined about them because she didn't realize how fortunate she was. Then, once she'd gotten used to them, she took off faster than I could have imagined and swam all over the reef. I should take them and give them to her, along with my old straight fins, so she can see how good hers are. My wife adores them and says that no matter how large or heavy they are, if we go somewhere where we can swim, these will accompany us, even if we have to ship them separately.
- With my 5mm AquaLung Ellie dive boots on, it fits perfectly: There is no wriggling and it is extremely comfortable
- Straps that can be tightened or loosened are easily adjustable. br>- The strap attachments swivel a little to make putting it on and taking it off easier. br>- Strap adjustments are easier with button releases on both sides of your heal. br>- The cost was extremely low!
- Fits my size 8 (women's) feet, and I'm wearing size 7 (women's) dive bootsbr>- The split blade design is ideal for fast water propulsion. br>- If you wear boots, you'll be fine; otherwise, you risk contact abrasion injuries: blisters, chafingbr>- Moving forward requires very little effortbr>br>Cons:
- It's a little heavier than I'd like, but it'll get you used to it while divingbr>- To fit properly, dive boots will be required. br>- Plan ahead of time if you have a lot of luggage.
I put them to the test at the pool today and they work great. I can move through the water with less effort and maintain a reasonable speed. I gave it four stars because I don't have anything else to compare them to in terms of split fins. They definitely outperformed my 1986 fins.
I had previously purchased a pair of TUSAs and enjoyed them, so I decided to continue with TUSA. My fins are worn with booties because I have wide feet. The TUSAs are extremely comfortable to wear and are very light. I used them on a pretty rough dive the other day (a drift dive in 5 feet of water). I was being tossed around a lot trying to hand up my fins, pull myself towards the boat on the line, and get back on the ladder as I was getting back on the dive boat. I let go of one of my fins, which began to sway downward. Fortunately, another diver noticed it and was able to grab it. She said she saw it fall, but the fin began to float back up, making it easy to catch. It's a good thing, too, because I only recently purchased these. A moderate current was present because we were drift diving. You can easily swim against the current.
This is, first and foremost, a fantastic fin. We rent this brand/model, which is fantastic. I gave it three stars because I ordered (and frequently rent) size Medium fins but received size Medium/Large fins instead. Because I'm on the smaller side of Medium (a Small/Medium would be ideal, but that size doesn't exist), the foot pockets on these start to hurt where they hit the top of my foot after a while. I wish they had listed the product sizes correctly, but I can't return them because they were used multiple times on a dive weekend and labeled with my initials to keep them from getting lost in the gathered gear.
For the past month, I've been diving nearly every day with these fins. These fins have the following advantages: they are a powerful fin, they are comfortable, they look great, they are easy to put on and take off, and they are easy to adjust. The strap connects to the fin with a clip that appears to detach much more easily than it should. This resulted in me losing a clip. I also discovered that the sizing was larger than expected, preventing me from wearing them without dive booties, despite the fact that the size range is 10 - 14. I'm fourteen years old and weigh eleven and a half pounds. They're quite long, which is good for power but not so good for travel. Overall, I like these fins and believe that the advantages outnumber the disadvantages. For the money, I believe this is an excellent choice.

These fins are really cool. I'm so grateful they were available on Amazon for a lower price, and they've far exceeded my expectations. br>br>At first, I purchased regular scuba diving fins, but quickly discovered that they were too heavy for my legs. The fins were incredibly stiff. I made the best decision by purchasing these split fins, and I strongly recommend them. It's also simpler to stay still and turn around.
These were ideal for the task at hand. It was a lot easier on my torn-up legs, and it got me back into the water. It's simple to get used to, puts less strain on your legs, and allows you to work more efficiently. You'll need to adjust your kick, but once you do, it'll be simple. They're fantastic, and I'll keep using them once I regain my strength. Fins are fantastic.
