Yes, according to the size chart, a size 7 women's shoe is a small size.
A medium is what I'd go for. I'm a woman's size 10 and they're perfect for me!

Selected User Reviews For Scubapro GO Sport Diving Fins
I'm an avid diver in the Pacific Northwest, and I like to keep a full gear set in my truck for impromptu dives. Because this kit is always present but rarely used, it's preferable that it be smaller, lighter, and more compact than my primary gear set. I had been carrying around some much heavier and longer fins and decided to replace them with these because they would fit IN my gear bag instead of strapped TO it. These fins were originally intended for that purpose, but after diving with them, they've become my primary fins. They've taken the place of a pair of F1 fins from a well-known diving brand, which I also adored and which had an elasticized heel strap- I'll never go without it, and I can't recommend it highly enough if you haven't tried it yet! These fins are incredibly light and comfortable, with a SLIGHTLY positive buoyancy characteristic. (If you let go of them underwater, they will slowly but steadily float upwards. ) I prefer to dive in a thick wetsuit rather than a dry suit, and these fins are ideal for wetsuit diving. (I still prefer a more negative fin in the drysuit. ) ) They work equally well with flutter and frog kicks, and I find that, despite being a little less powerful than some of my longer, stiffer fins, I prefer the Scubapro GO SPORT's more compact blade because it is easier to maneuver in tighter spaces and overhead environments, and the power difference is minimal. br>br>My only quibble is a personal one-- To keep my smaller accessories like my backup light and computer safe and from accidentally turning on while packing, kitting up, and kitting down, I've grown accustomed to stowing them in the foot pockets of my fins. With these, that's not an option because the foot pocket has an open toebox, allowing your valuables to fall out. This isn't a flaw in the design; it's just something to keep in mind if you stow items in your fins on occasion.
These are a good travel fin because they are lighter and shorter than regular dive fins. The only thing I don't like about them is how the heel strap is attached to the fin. Each attachment holds the strap in place with a plastic pin. The pin is a little clumsy and flaky to remove. br>br>I replaced the pins with stainless steel machine screws (8-32) to make changing it out a little easier. Hexagonal hexagonal hex hexagonal hexagonal Nylon-coated socket cap screws McMaster-Carr offers a variety of insert stop nuts in Type 316. Carr). This makes replacing a broken strap on a dive trip much easier. However, aligning the holes in the strap attachments with the holes in the fin remains a challenge.
The other divers were all wearing standard fins of various types. In all conditions, including strong current, my fins performed admirably. Even though I am 70 years old, I performed better than the other divers who were much younger. As I traveled halfway around the world, the lighter weight was ideal!.
I purchased these because I was tired of my suitcase being too heavy. For the first time, I was able to pack all of my diving equipment into one suitcase and still stay under the weight limit. To make weight, I usually have to keep my regulator in my carryon. My Avanti Quattro fins are fantastic, but they're incredibly heavy. For a short fin, the ScubaPro Sport is quite powerful. They have a lot of strength and durability. In Cozumel, I had no difficulty fighting the current. They make excellent travel fins. They are slightly less powerful than the Avantis, but the slight difference is well worth it for me to choose them as my go-to travel fins.
These shorter fins are preferable to the super long fins. These are fantastic for travel, and the quick release springs are a lifesaver. These fins are really cool.
I'm an eight-year-old girl who wears a size eight. In women's shoes, the width is 5 inches. I ordered a medium, and they're a little big on my 3 mil boots, but they fit perfectly on my 5 mil boots. My 3 mil boots fit into the foot pocket better than my thicker 5 mil boots, but I'm not sure if the smaller size would be better. I don't feel any discomfort once I'm in the water, and I'm used to diving with much longer fins (Oceanic Vipers), so I was curious how these fins would perform. I finished the Diver Stress course. Wearing them, I completed a rescue course at Dutch Springs and had no trouble diving both shallow reefs at Cabo Pulmo and deep blue water dives at Gordo Banks. I'm excited to put them to use on my volunteer diver duties at the New York Aquarium, where my long fins were a hindrance.
Because of the bungee system, it's simple to put on and take off. So far, they've done a fantastic job with flutter, frog, and back kicking. These are much more compact than my Mares Quartro fin, which I highly recommend if you're looking for a good all-around blade fin.
Traveling is a lot of fun. It's not quite as good as the original jet fin, but it's lighter and smaller, making travel easier. I used them for a week and did three different things with them. I do four dives per day, some with current and some without, and I've never had a problem. It's very relaxing. They don't feel as solid on your feet when you're not in the water, but once you're in, they perform admirably, despite the fact that you can't tell you're wearing them because they're so light.
