It is determined by the size of your feet.
I think mine was a large, and I'm a size ten. I'm 5 feet tall and wear a boot, which fits perfectly. I'm not sure if an insert is necessary.
It comes in a single size.
If it's possible, it'll depend on your height and how you adjust it.

I couldn't decide which size fin to get, so I got both the S/M and M/L sizes. The S/M was the best fit; the M/L was too big; the bottom of the fin covered my entire foot, and I had to tighten the strap all the way down to keep my foot in place. The M/L was returned to me. The white fin is the S/M and the black fin is the M/L, so choose one size smaller than your actual shoe size.
I have 120 dives under my belt and am an advanced diver. To give you an idea of my size, I wear a size 8 in closed toe shoes and ordered the S/M fins. Advantages: br>br>

I couldn't find these fins for a better price anywhere else, so I bought them here. They fit perfectly, are very comfortable, and arrived on time for my trip!.
For the price, this is a great fin, but the heel strap attachment point is poorly designed. The heel strap is attached to the fin via a keyhole on the side. The hole on the heel strap aligns with the tab on the heel strap and unlocks it from the fin when the heel strap is rotated 90 degrees. The 90-degree rotation is prevented by a pin and slotted groove system, but it is very weak and easily overpowered (one of the pins broke off on the fifth use, allowing it to rotate even more freely). The heel strap became completely detached from the fin and drifted away twice while waiting for the tag line. Fortunately, it was discovered both times by a fellow diver.
I pulled the strap and tried to tie them together and put a not in it so it wouldn't come loose! I'd have to take a break every few minutes to try to reattach them! This was a waste of money for me, but I'll give them to my boyfriend and go to a dive shop an hour away to make sure I have fins that fit if I ever get the chance to go on vacation again!.
After wearing a ten-year-old version of these, these are probably the best fins I've ever used. They are a perfect match for my needs. Buy some decent boots for these that are at least 3 mil or larger, I have some Aqualung boots that fit fine, and they are well worth the money, Cressi has been around for decades and has always excelled, just like Mares, of which I own their Abyss regulator. I wouldn't go diving with anything else.
These fins are of excellent quality, but they are diver fins (not snorkeling fins), and I had to wear a boot to keep them from rubbing against the side of my foot. They are a little bigger than the stated size, but they work well and have a lot of power. I wouldn't buy them if I didn't have a wetsuit and booties.
Great quality fins, better than pictures, light weight fins, amazing propulse on water for frog kick and traditional kicking, S size fits perfectly for small feet with 5-inch heels, My daughter adores the 7mm neoprene boots.
