It is large enough to hold almost any computer, including those with rectangular screens, but I have not tried it with a Mares Quad.
The answer would seem to be yes. The Nemo does not seem to be larger than the Icon or Genius, and those are also sized for each other.
The price is only for a wrist computer of that size

Fits my backup dive computer, compass, and charger for my primary computer. It was just what I needed to keep them safe in my Definitely worth the money!.
My dive computer fits perfectly in this case due to its solid construction and solid design.
The case is interesting to me. During a recent trip to Bonaire, my boyfriend and I bought two dive watches for the plane ride, but we only took one because you could fit both watches inside the dive watch.

Protect your computer while freediving with this very nice case. The case is a little on the large side, but I added two small foam pads for better protection during shipping. I recommend Mares have their manufacturer add foam to the inside of the case to prevent the computer from moving around. Although the price would be higher, it is worth the extra protection even at a higher price point.
