It appeals to my tastes. The rim has a seal on it. The latches are easy to open and push/pull. The bottom of the case is made up of three layers of solid foam (as shown). The top layer is fitted to the face and flush with it. The middle layer is shaped to fit the shape of the body, rather than being too tight. The bottom isn't cut to fit and isn't even close to fitting. Two layers on the top of the case (as shown). Top layer, shaped to fit your face, snug and flush. Bottom isn't cut to fit and isn't as tight as it should be. I replaced the bottom foam in the case with custom foam from mycasebuilder (single layer, cut to curve), and now I have the case I want (not pictured). Metal eyelets can be found on lock sites. Hinges appear to be fine, with a metal rod passing through molded hinges built into the case. Outserts/inserts along the frame's edge, near the lock eyelets, are also part of the mold. It’s 5- The foam fitting could be better, but otherwise it's a five-star rating. The price is very good. This is a nice case for transport. Mycasebuilder provided me with custom foam.
So much foam. The case itself is quite nice, and it appears to be quite sturdy. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the foam that came with it. On the bottom, there are three layers. The top (first) piece is a perfect fit. It's a little sloppy in the middle, but it's not a big deal because you can't see it. The bottom piece, on the other hand, isn't even cut to the shape of the case, and appears to have been thrown in as is. It should have been nicer for the price. br>However, as I previously stated, the case itself appears to be of high quality. And it makes me happy.
There's plenty of padding, and you'll need to cut a layer of foam to fit what you're storing, as with any good case. It appeals to me. While keeping everything safe and secure, you can create a custom clean look. I also placed an order for a padlock for it - 1. average bar length It's too short at 26 inches, so I'll have to get a new one. Aside from that, everything is in order.
I strongly advise you to purchase this gun case. My first flight with this in my bag ended in disaster when the airport ran over our luggage, destroying the bag and a few items inside, but the vault escaped unscathed!.
For a small firearm, this is an excellent case.
I use it to carry my GoPro and all of its accessories, and it's a fantastic product. When I live stream my sons' games, I keep the WiFi in it, and it has never gotten wet.
This is where I keep my field electronics, and the bright color helps me identify them at night. Construction is excellent.
These are the most impressive cases I've ever seen.
