Return was authorized by the vendor after we notified them. A second one was shipped to me. At the moment, the second one (free replacement) is on my gamer bat. The disk also cracked after about 20 hits, but it hasn't yet completely ripped. It didn't matter to me Here's what you need to know Prior to being installed on the bat, the glass cracked on its own!
