It took a week for the package to arrive, but I really wasn't mad about it. There are times when Covid really mess up shipping.
There are no problems with the screws fitting the deck I have a pretty standard 8" deck. I was probably using too much length for my setup of 25". My Thunder 147 trucks elicit a slight stickout of the screws. Even though I may have been happy with the 1" option, as you can see in the picture, it doesn't seem to have been an issue.
But it doesn't bother me at all. My order was shipped on Tuesday, the day before they arrived, so I got a full refund from Amazon. The software works as expected, it's not too complicated.
I have 2 screws that have come loose Those on my last longboard were falling out, so these popped right in. Don't forget to get the correct length, though.
As for the only complaint, they should or could have come with washers for use on wood decks at this price.
In a nutshell, I would not suggest that you buy these at all! It took me no more than 5 minutes for them to set fully in the board.
