Could this clamp be used with a motorcycle braided brake hose? What is the approximate diameter of the hose this clamp was designed to guide?

It's impossible for me to tell what size this hose clamp is, but I believe it's only meant for mountain bike brake lines, which tend to be smaller than brake lines on motorcycles.

My view is not the same as the one pictured, but it's much better

We had a good experience with this. The one I broke had not been exactly replaced by this one. In all, it turned out to be a good thing since it was more durable and compatible A clamp like the one shown in the picture is barely there, but it does the job. Between its backpiece and its frontpiece, the one that came with it has a back piece that sandwiches the hydraulic hose. In terms of shapes, consider the original as a C and the one I bought here as a P. A second plus was the screw it came with was the right size and it already had thread lock.

The piece of plastic is excellent

It makes sure that my cable does not flop or rub on my desk. What it does is what it's It is not as expensive as other shops, but if compared to other plastic doo-dads I think it is a little overrated Despite the glitches, the shipping was fast.
