As one of the collars in my daughter's bike was missing a ball bearing, I've received a replacement from the company. Adding to the frustration, most of the parts are glued in rather than screwed on, so it makes it nearly impossible to take apart. During this time, my kids are continually complaining that their bikes are broken.

I bought two sets of Huffy bikes for my grandchildren, one to be sent to them and one to be kept at our home. Because the seat on one of the bikes was damaged, I contacted Huffy direct. It took almost 40 minutes for them to get back to me. I was finally the next in line when it was my turn. As I'm tired of sitting on hold, I hope someone will get back to me soon.
